Microbiological control

Apart from the advanced analyses in the field of physical chemistry, the laboratory is also equipped with top of the range microbiological equipment for an optimum follow up of the juice conditions and safety. We use internationally standardized microbiological research methods for multiple flora counting and species identification. For hygiene and cleanliness checks, we have implemented a periodical use of ATP-metry and inspection programs inside production facilities.


With the Bactiflow® system (www.chemunex.com), we have been using cytometry for years and it has become a recognized tool for our clients. It ensures them that the released products have an immediate guarantee on microbiology. So this system avoids the usual two or three day incubation and provides crucial microbiological information before the product is released.
