Fruit juice
concentrates are fresh juices reduced in to approximately one sixth
of the original volume. This process is done by a gentle evaporation
of the water. It has several advantages over juices Not from
Concentrate: it is less sensitive, it can be transported and stored
more environmentally friendly, and above all, it is less expensive.
We can add
aromas, vitamins, minerals, plant extracts, fruit pulps, cereals and
fibers, health ingredients and anti oxidants to your blends.
